MEDIFF is a healthcare company, exclusively dedicated to African market. With more than 10 years of experience, we are now present in nearly 30 African countries.
Our customers are: hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, ministries of Health, NGOs, international funders, local distributors.
Thanks to the flexibility of our organization, we are able to adapt our daily activity to integrate the specificities of our customers very quickly.
To do it, MEDIFF has a wide catalog covering the simple needs in plastic consumables up to the supply of a high-speed fully automated system. Indeed, through our knowledge of the African market, of its characteristics and interlocutors, our partners show us their confidence by confiding us the distribution of their ranges of equipment and reagents. Furthermore, we manufacture and distribute in vitro diagnostic tests for medical use under our own brand.

Eric
General Manager
Eric holds a master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the Cergy-Pontoise Faculty of Sciences and a post-graduate degree in Maketing & Sales. During 20 years, he held various commercial positions in the healthcare industry, especially as Export Manager for EMEA area.
Through these experiences, Eric acquired a perfect understanding of African market and of its specificities.
In 2007, in order to offer a new solution to its African contacts by developing a complete supplying solution for medical devices perfectly adapted to African market constraints, Eric founded MEDIFF which he is still the sole shareolder and the General Manager.
Eric holds a master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the Cergy-Pontoise Faculty of Sciences and a post-graduate degree in Maketing & Sales. During 20 years, he held various commercial positions in the healthcare industry, especially as Export Manager for EMEA area.

Emmanuel
Export Director
Graduate from the Aix-Marseille Faculty of Sciences and from the Marseille Kedge Business School in 2001, supplemented by an executive training at EM Lyon, Emmanuel began his commercial career in the laboratory robotics industry, mainly in research (Tecan).
After having surveyed France for almost 10 years, he turned to export markets, more particularly the Europe - Middle East - Africa area, giving an IVD orientation to his career, within SME companies (F2i) and major players (Bio-Rad).
Quite naturally, he joined MEDIFF as Export Director in 2018 to contribute to the growth of the company in the Africa area mainly.

Sales Administration Manager
Holder of a master’s degree in Clinical Chemistry from the Aix-Marseille Faculty of Sciences and a post-graduate degree in Marketing & Sales from the I.A.E. School of Management in Aix-en-Provence, Céline has held various marketing positions in biotechnology and medical companies.
She acquired over 10 years of experience managing international distributor channel partners, as sales & marketing manager in biotechnology industry. She has a perfect understanding of the international sales constraints.
Céline joined MEDIFF in June 2021 as Sales Administration Manager to coordinate the sales activities and improve our service level.

In order to be closer to its customers, MEDIFF decided to create a subsidiary in Cameroon in 2019.
